I loved working with Cheri as my realtor! As a first time homebuyer, she helped me feel confident in my purchase. She answered all my questions and helped me figure out what was most important to me for my first home. It made buying a home exciting and less stressful.

Cheri is the best of the best!

Cheri helped with the purchase of our home. We did the entire transaction from the other side of the country sight unseen. Cheri made the process seamless and easy even with its inherent complexity. We appreciated her thoughtfulness and thoroughness.

Cheri is upbeat but realistic when it comes to the possibility of a future home. She was a breath of fresh air in a rough market. We loved working with Cheri and would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for a home purchase!

Cheri helped me find exactly what I was looking for when I was buying which was not easy. I wanted a townhouse or condo in a specific area at a time when there was not a lot on the market. She made the whole process run smoothly from offer to close and beyond. When I had to move due to a family emergency, she got my home listed and sold quickly at the price she predicted. I can confidently recommend her, in fact she has helped two of my kids to buy their first homes.

I worked with Cheri a long time ago and she was amazing to work with. I actually originally had another realtor who I was working with, but he wasn’t as quick as Cheri. I always remember she got me into looking at a place quicker than he could that I ended up going to Cheri. I actually plan to go to Cheri again hopefully in the next year because she seemed like an honest, kind, genuine realtor compare to ones that I do know.

Cheri was what I wanted in a Realtor- available, knowledgeable and dedicated. She knows Gilbert and the east valley and was able to shed a lot of light on different communities. She was flexible with my schedule and we were able to see and move on offers fast once I was ready! We submitted on one home, and then it didn’t feel right, so she handled my mind-changing with love and withdrew the offer and then we found the perfect home for me right after. 10/10 and would love to work with her again.
